Own the blog, broadcast your activities, invite friends

(my Chinese keyboard is not working well, allow me to use English)

-B&S, are there upcoming events in your fellowship or group? Please use the blog to invite people, and to announce the date, time and venue of special events! Let us do our bit ok? I am buried my thesis research in a dark tunnel at the moment.
What about the CF BBQ this Sat., the MF combined meeting on Dating....?

-So far the seventy posts come from seven people, we like to hear from the rest in our community. If you are committee members of various departments, you already have password for posting (somewhere buried in your emails). No password is needed for commenting. SongHeng and I are around to help you out if you need the password again. We are just an email away.

-Oh yes, do also connect your personal blogs to the church blog, and share your life moments with us.

Happy sharing, blogging and enjoy church life!

most people who go internet read,
only a few of them write
not everyone in our church like email
although thosw who do write, they write in their own blog, as they might feel church blog is to serious.
conclusion:
a fixed number of people keep writing.
how good is the blog being viewed?
if we know that people do like reading, more will be written
another reason, is the inconvenience. a few times, i did want to write, but i can not remember the id and password, so give it up. I am not saying we should change id/password to a simple one, i am listing reasons that stop people writing

What I do for the id: I keep it in a fixed folder. Maybe one can keep it on the desktop. If you can't find it, email me.

According to SH, he has been updating his blog daily for 2 years and it has gained quite a steady circle of readers!
Can we also do that? It is a vicious cycle, the less we update, the less people log onto it. I log onto it almost everyday, and feel disappointed when I don't see anything new--for about a week now.

So any life on this blog will be APPRECIATED!

Suggestions for posting:

- Past events:
Couples' fellowship BBQ
Children's Summer Camp snapshots

- Publicize the coming events...
Ichthus fellowship has a series of Welcome events lined up,
the Mandarin Fellowship too.

-Personal encounters/reflections...

-And anything else that would be helpful...

So if you are involved whether as organizer or as participant...do share with us snapshots, memories, and information, or anything you find interesting or encouraging.
